In some cases, when a receipt is scanned or uploaded, Tyro Accounting may not be able to identify the corresponding transaction for reconciliation. When this occurs, the receipt scanner will display a ‘Transaction for receipt not found’ message and you will be able to check the information that has been read by the scanner for any errors. Even if no transaction can be found as a match, this receipt will still be stored in your Tyro Accounting account alongside other receipts that require manual reconciliation.
