If you have accidentally sent a quote to the wrong person, you can simply cancel the quote and the recipient will receive an email explaining the cancellation. While the quote can be cancelled, the initial email they would have received containing a PDF of the original , as well as any information you attached to it, can’t be unsent. You should consider if the initial email may have contained any sensitive information that may have been meant for someone else. To cancel a quote that you have sent:
- From the Home screen, click on Invoices
- Click on QUOTES
- Locate the quote you want to cancel
- Select the options action
- Click on Cancel
- Click on YES
