If you've received a payment for an invoice but it has not reconciled (for whatever reason...we won't judge you!) don't worry...we've got you covered! Follow the instructions below and your invoice will be all cleaned up in no time.
Please note: this process will only work for invoice payment received into one of your Tyro Transaction accounts
- Go to Tyro.com and log into your account
- Click on Invoices
- Locate the invoice you wish to mark as 'paid'
- Click on more
- Click on 'Mark As Paid'
- Select the transaction that the invoice is to be linked to
- Click on CONFIRM
