Do you want to downgrade from Thriday's Premium package to our Banking Only plan? We get it, sometimes it's just not the right time for your business to have access to the premium features.
To downgrade your subscription to Banking Only, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Subscription
3. Click on SWITCH TO BANKING PLAN
4. Click on I WOULD LIKE TO DOWNGRADE
If you're not sure if you would like to downgrade, please select REQUEST CALL-BACK and Thriday Support will reach out to help you decide.
5. Select your reasons for downgrading your subscription
6. Click on CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
7. You will then see a confirmation that you have successfully downgraded your subscription to Thriday's Banking Only plan.
You will also see the date on which this downgrade will come into effect. You will be able to continue using Thriday's premium features until this date at no charge.
