Our banking partner uses the following approach, based on the information provided when you first joined Thriday:
- Individual name only – if there was no registered business name under your ABN at the time of onboarding.
- Individual name and registered business name – if there was a registered business name linked to your ABN at the time of onboarding.
To add a registered business name to your account call 1800-THRIDAY (1800 847 4329) and select #1 to get through to banking support, they can add your registered business name. From there, you can change the bank account name on Thriday via Settings > Invoices > Business trading name. That will then appear on your invoices, and match what is listed with Regional Australia Bank.
