Here are some things you should avoid doing if possible as it may make you vulnerable to fraud:
- Don’t pay or otherwise provide information to any website or person that seems suspicious to you
- Don’t give others your phone or computer when you’re logged onto Thriday on that device
- Don’t let people borrow your card
- Don’t write down your password or card PIN anywhere, as other people may find it and gain access to your account
- Never share your password or card PIN over email or another form of communication
- The Thriday team will never ask you for your password or PIN for any reason, please don’t be fooled by scammers who may be impersonating a Thriday team member.
