If your card is lost or stolen whilst overseas, a replacement card can be organised within two business days, subject to a US$300.00 fee.
We would also recommend that in meantime, follow the below instructions and you'll have your card frozen in a few seconds. This will assist with keeping your business safe while you get in contact with us.
1. Click on Accounts

2. Click on Freeze Card

3. Select your reason for freezing your card

4. Click on FREEZE CARD

5. You will then see a fun little freezing animation (we've definitely channelled our inner Elsa ❄️) and your card will now display as frozen with access restricted.
