Need to freeze your card? If you'd like to make your Thriday Visa debit card a little frosty or have one of the following problems:
- Travelling
- No longer use the card
- Trying to find your card
- Other
Then follow the below instructions and you'll have your card frozen in a few seconds.
1. Click on Accounts
2. Click on Freeze Card
3. Select your reason for freezing your card
4. Click on FREEZE CARD
5. You will then see a fun little freezing animation (we've definitely channelled our inner Elsa ❄️) and your card will now display as frozen with access restricted.
