If you would like to close or cancel your Thriday account:
- Please complete the Transaction Account Closure Request Form
- After completion, please submit the application to us via email at wecare@thriday.com.au
Please note:
- If you have multiple transaction accounts, you will only be required to submit an account closure request form if you're seeking to terminate all of your Thriday accounts. However, if you have multiple accounts and don't want to terminate all of your transaction accounts, please call us on 1800 THRIDAY (1800 847 43 29) and we will assist you in closing a sub-account.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription, Thriday will retain your data in accordance with our information retention policy. Therefore, if you want to renew your subscription at a later date, you will not be required to create a new account.
