If there are no transactions carried out on your Thriday Transaction Account during a consecutive 12-month period, Thriday will contact you regarding whether you want to keep your Transaction Account open. If you do not reply, your Transaction Account will become inactive.
For every consecutive 12-month period that your Transaction Account remains inactive, you will be charged an inactive fee of $10.00 per consecutive year of inactivity.
If your Transaction Account is inactive for a seven (7) year period, a dormant account fee of $15.00 will apply annually.
If your Transaction Account remains inactive for seven years, the issuer of the Transaction Account will have a legal obligation to remit balances exceeding $500.00 to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission as unclaimed money.
