If you believe a Visa Card transaction
- Was unauthorised;
- Was for goods or services which did not match the description provided by the merchant, or the merchant did not deliver the item
Please call us as soon as you become aware on 1800 THRIDAY (1800 847 43 29) or email us at wecare@thriday.com.au to dispute the transaction. One of our friendly customer care agents will help you out.
If you request to dispute a Visa Card transaction or request further information from the merchant/retailer about a transaction, a fee of $20.00 may apply where evidence suggests you participated in or authorised the transaction or failed to sufficiently protect your card details.
