The initial card on each Transaction Account, replacements for defective cards and automatic card renewals are free. However, a $5.00 fee applies for each replacement card ordered at your request. If you would like to request a new card, please call us on 1800 THRIDAY (1800 847 43 29) or email us at wecare@thriday.com.au.
If your card is lost or stolen whilst overseas, a replacement card can be organised within two business days, subject to a US$300.00 fee.
