If you have lost your card or it was stolen, log into the Thriday website or app and go to Accounts, then select the Settings icon. You can freeze your card immediately. Then call us on 1800 THRIDAY (1800 847 43 29) and we can order you a new card.
If your card is lost or stolen whilst overseas, a replacement card can be organised within two business days, subject to a USD$300.00 fee.
